Extra Icon Sets

Adding extra icons to Worldographer does require a pro license.  You can get them from our on-line store.

The store also has several other icon sets for world maps, settlements, & battlemats.

Inkwell Ideas also makes 100+ new icons every month via Patreon (see our archive/index with links to get them via DriveThruRPG) based on a theme voted on by patrons. Backing the Patreon gets you the most recent month’s icons and as a bonus a pinned post included the prior two month’s icons as well. Past icon sets are available on our DriveThruRPG store.

Free Icon Sets

For each of the icons sets below, unzip the linked file you want below.  To use an icon set in the software:

• In Worldographer: Select Load Configuration on the Configuration menu, then select the .wxx file from the unzipped folder using the file chooser.
• In Hexographer: Click the “Import Settings” button (on the “Customize Hexes” tab) and select the “*filename*.properties” file in the unzipped folder.

Download the Multicolored Classic versions of the built-in classic world/kingdom icons.  These multicolored classic icons were created for Hexographer & Worldographer by Inkwell Ideas, Inc. They are hereby released to the public domain and/or all rights to the icons are released where that is not possible. A credit is appreciated but not required.

Download the Black & White Classic versions of the built-in classic world/kingdom icons.  These b&w classic icons were created for Hexographer & Worldographer by Inkwell Ideas, Inc. They are hereby released to the public domain and/or all rights to the icons are released where that is not possible. Note: They only represent about half of the terrain icons built into Worldographer. A credit is appreciated but not required.
